DESCRIPTION:Intermountain Region PCA and Porsche Salt Lake invite you to the 2019 Summer Social.  This will be a very casual event with some recreational activities to sooth that competitive spirit. \nCost: $20 per person \nRegister: Click HERE to register at Motorsportsreg. \nDinner Buffet: Famous Dave's will be catering our "picnic social".  The buffet will include BBQ ribs\, chicken and brisket\, sides\, salad\, muffins\, desserts and soft drinks. \nAlcohol Note:.  Although alcohol is allowed at this park\, IRPCA will not be supplying it in order to make this a more affordable event.  Please feel free to BYOB. \nVegetarian burgers are available by advance request. Please contact Cary Jones at bigskidude@gmail.com . \nAttire for the evening: casual or extremely casual \nWe hope to have one or two corn hole games available and there are horseshoe pits.  A pickle ball court is nearby but may be crowded.  Please bring any other social games you feel other may enjoy. \nHopefully parking will be available for all in the parking lot.  Scoping out all the Porsches is strongly recommended. \nNote:  I’m looking for a couple of sets of horseshoes.  If you have any we would like to borrow them.

The Yellowstone Region is planning a 2 day tour with their overnight scheduled for Ogden. They'll be stopping in to Rooster's Brewing Co. for dinner and they have some open spots in the reservation for anybody wanting to come and say hello. Reservation is under Mark Kaczar and tables will be setup under Yellowstone and Intermountain Region Porsche Clubs. However: \nRELEASE AND WAIVER FORMS FOR MOVING CAR EVENTS REQUIRE INSURANCE COVERAGE \nPCA does not host spectator events. Therefore\, persons coming on the premises {means participating in the Driving (Road) Tour} are considered “participants.” Each participant must be covered by a current PCA Release and Waiver form before he or she comes on the premises of a PCA moving car event or an event requiring insurance. \n\nAdults (Over 18 years of age)\n\nThe Adult waiver form is entitled\, “Release and Waiver of Liability\, Assumption of Risk and \nIndemnity Agreement.” This form must be signed by all participants in this Driving (Road) Tour\, Yellowstone Porsche Club Members and Non-Member Participants. This form will be available for signature the morning of the event. \n\nMinors (Under 18 years of age)\n\nIt is an express condition of PCA’s insurance coverage that minors who are admitted to any PCA moving car event MUST be covered by a Minor Release and Waiver Form. This is not a discretionary requirement and the failure to meet this requirement can mean no coverage for PCA\, the Region\, and event participants for a specific claim. \nMinors “participating” (driver\, passenger) in an event: a) MUST have a minor waiver form signed by both parents/guardians; b) This form may NOT be signed by relatives\, or friends. It must be signed by the parents/legal guardians; c) The form may be signed by both parents/guardians away from the actual event site and presented to a PCA official at an event.
