DESCRIPTION:  \nDepart McDonald's (Map below) at 10:30 \nRegistration: Registration is REQUIRED for this tour. Registration is open at www.msreg.com/Jackson2019 . \nLodging: Hotel or other lodging options are on your own due to the very wide variety of options in town. So book now! \n------------ \nHighlights: \nFriday Day- Depart North Ogden at 10:30 a.m. for a very scenic 5 hour\, 250 mile route to Jackson with a stop for lunch. Arrive in Jackson by 5 p.m. Friday to check into the lodging of your choice. \nFriday after dark- We'll be calling ahead during the tour for a centrally located meet up point for dinner and drinks\, based on level of interest at the driver's meeting. \nSaturday Day- Optional "Boats on the Lake" tour and water day! This is a free event that includes a one hour tour/drive to Jackson Lake as the result of a kind invitation from the Yellowstone Region of PCA. We are also invited to join them on their boats once we get to the lake\, space permitting. (Registration is required so we can provide a headcount to our hosts.) \nSaturday after dark- Optional event at the Jackson Hole Playhouse. You can choose either dinner and the play- or just the play with dinner on your own. Everything after that time is OPTIONAL\, so we'd like to know your plans. SUMMARY:AX and Airshow - Spanish Fork Airport
DESCRIPTION:The Autocross that CAN NOT be missed!!! New Venue just last year!!\nSponsored by Porsche Salt Lake City\nThis will be a autocross unlike no other\, bring the family\, friends etc. We have been invited to use a section of the Airfield between two groups of hangers and its going to be a spectator event\, along with Airshow\, Car show\, and Air race. There will be a barricaded viewing area separating us from the crowd.\nThere will be considerations\, aka rules to follow at this event due to regulatory agencies involved.\n\nYou must sign this waiver for Spanish Fork on or before the 23rd online or you will not be allowed in autocross area.  This must be done by 6pm Friday night before the race the next day and will be checked when you come in and sign our PCA waiver.\n\nThis is the link for the online waiver applicatiom: https://form.jotform.com/91916768722166 \nDo not check the autocross box or make any payment while filling out their waiver or you will be charged by them.  Just enter your name\, number\, and email\, and sign then submit-you will receive a confirmation email.  Hopefully they will remove that option in the next few days so No one gets charged by accident.  Our standard club payment system of $30 for PCA members $35 invited non-members will be the method used at our morning registration. \nHowever they are offering a very nice VIP and guest speaker reception dinner afterwards for us\, the hypercar guys\, and pilots that is recommended.  You will need to mark that box and pay for it if you wish to attend during your Spanish Fork waiver process. \n2) Autocross will not start before 10:30 am\, due to opening ceremonies and key events that happens prior..\n3) We have to have our people and cars inside our provided area by 9:00 am. "Don't be late\, arrive early!" The reason is\, we have to get in there before a mass of spectators arrive and they will block off our area.\n4) Once inside\, the only way vehicles can exit before 4:00 pm will be difficult. Logistics!  We have to be escorted down a active runway coordinating with air traffic control. "Plan on staying till 4:00 pm."\n5) LUNCH- bring it or buy it there. (Logistics) We won't be able to drive in or out freely like other autocross venues.\n6) They will put our cars in a secure area until close to 4:00 pm. This is when the last Airplane land's on the ground and the event is finished. We are at the control of Air Traffic control. Fire and Medical personnel etc.\, not to mention big daddy\, F.A.A.\nOnce again\, this will be a all day event.\, so plan accordingly If you have any questions\, please contact our Autocross chairs below.

DESCRIPTION:This non-competitive event is just a friendly golf outing. Bring your clubs and bring a friend.  Arrive by 6:45 am (earlier is OK) to sign in and get your equipment loaded on your cart.  Lunch will be included after golf\, and there will be lots of prizes to give away. We will be limited to booking 40 players\, so registration will be required through this site. The registration will guide you to identify yourself as an A\, B\, C\, or D golfer\, allowing the organizers to balance each foursome. Golfing with a spouse or a good friend who is not a member of PCA? Spouses and golf buddies will not be split. Others will be a mix hand picked by Talon.
