8:00 am start course set up 8:30 am finalize registration, vehicle numbers, complete tech sheets 8:30 am vehicle check out 9:30 am close registration 9:45 am Driver safety meeting 10:00 am AX morning runs, depending on attendees volunteering, getting ready and course length we can do 4-6 runs 12:00 am lunch 12:45 AX afternoon runs, depending on attendees returning from lunch we can do 4-6 runs 02:30 course break down and clean up. Set up
Volunteers are always needed to help set up the course, which is unique for every autocross event. Volunteers meet at 8 AM, so arrive early if you can. Please help us, we are a small group of volunteers.
First cars will run no later than 10 AM, following a drivers’ safety meeting. The day’s schedule depends on the number of entries, but we usually take a quick lunch break around noon and wrap up by 3 PM.
Is this something the public can come and watch or is it specifically for members?
Hi Jake, I hope we replied to you earlier... but just in case: Depending on the venue, public can definitely watch from outside the defined venue. To come into the venue, you need to formally register and sign the waivers.
