Attire for the evening: Holiday attire and an IRPCA name badge if you have one* 

There will be a cash bar.  Outside liquor is not allowed.

Registration closes at midnight  Monday – December 5, 2021. Unfortunately, NO registrations accepted after December 5 or on the night of the event.  Register early so that our social chair, Cary, can relax!

If you order them by November 29th, we’ll make every effort to have yours at the door when you arrive at the social. And if you already ordered yours, and have not yet collected it, we’ll have it at the check in desk on the 9th as well.

Note: Covid 19 protocol will be followed based on the what is current at the time of the social.  Please respect others by following that protocol.  Make sure to have masks available if that is required. The Cottonwood Club food service will follow the appropriate protocols for service.
